SHIPPING

Artworks that are currently in stock are posted using Australia Post and will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving the online order. Once shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. Please check your spam inbox for this email too.

Artworks on paper are shipped in a very sturdy rigid envelope with the artwork being encased between thick cardboard to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.

Canvas artworks are packed carefully in a sturdy cardboard packing box with packaging to keep them from being damaged in the post.

Australia wide postage for artworks on paper is a flat rate of $15 and is sent Express via Australia Post. This includes insurance, tracking & signature on delivery. If you do not wish to have the signature upon delivery option please leave a note at checkout.

Postage costs for canvas artworks will vary upon the size and weight of the artwork once packaged up. This cost will also include insurance for the work as well as tracking & signature upon delivery. If you do not wish to have the signature upon delivery option please leave a note at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you are based outside of Australia we do offer international shipping. We offer Standard as well as Express options. We ship via Australia Post starting from $19AUD. Cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the weight of the parcel.

Once your order arrives in your country, it is then passed onto your local carrier service. Please note that you, as the customer, are liable for any taxes or fees that may occur as a result from your purchase.

We currently offer international shipping to the US, UK and New Zealand.

RETURNS

Please note that I do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.

If your purchase has been damaged whilst in transit please get in touch via email with your concerns as soon as possible. I will require a photograph of the packaging as well as the artwork. Your case will then be taken up with Australia Post and you will be notified of the outcome.

I will do my very best to help you with any concerns you may have.

I, unfortunately, will not be held accountable or responsible for any works proven lost whilst in transit.
